Kit Ordering FAQs
What is a flash store?
You have a two week period to pre-order At the end of two weeks, the store will be closed and production of your items will begin. You can expect delivery approximately two weeks later. Some items may not meet minimum order quantity and will not be able to be produced; your money will be refunded for such items.
When will I get my stuff?
After the two-week flash store close, that's when production of your gear begins. If you were one of the first to order, it could be a month or so until your gear is shipped.
What happens the with the proceeds when I purchase gear?
We have worked with our vendor partners - they provide us kit at reduced cost and we provide the Army Rugby team with the balance.
I was not able to get a Fallen Brothers shirt. Are there any left?
That item was very popular and we are planning to offer it again in a future sale. Check back here for the latest information about Army RUGBY GEAR.
